Hi, I’m Jess!

My journey with Yoga began back in 2010 with Hot Yoga. It came as a release and support as I navigated my way through endometriosis and life. The intensity of the heat and movement allowed my brain to switch off in a way I had never experienced before.

My journey since then has been influenced by life’s ebbs and flows. Now being a mum to 3 young daughters I value slower and more grounding practices that offer a nice balance with my strength based practice's.

I teach in person classes in Christchurch, New Zealand and I teach online to women around the world. My goal is to make all my offerings inclusive and welcoming and to provide a space for you to get to know yourself better.

My trainings include:

  • Womens Health Yoga with Yoga Medicine
  • 100hr Advanced Training with Jason Crandell
  • Restorative training with Janet Stone
  • 100hr Pregnancy Yoga Training

I'm currently completing my studies to become an internationally registered and certified Women's Health Coach, with a specialist interest in hormones. My deep understanding and study of women's health allows me to offer many tools to support my students and clients.

I am deeply passionate and excited about working with women to create more balance, ease and vitality in their lives.
